Alex Guluzian

Alex Guluzian currently serves as the Vice President of Development at Middle Street Partners, LLC since May 2022. With extensive experience in real estate and development, Alex has held roles such as Realtor at Pineywoods and Development Associate at The NRP Group LLC and Epoch Residential. Prior experience includes a Development Intern position at Epoch Residential and a Construction Management Intern role at Diaz Fritz Group General Contractors. Alex also worked as a Realtor at Keller Williams Realty Tampa Central. Educational credentials include a Master’s of Science in Real Estate from the University of Florida - Warrington College of Business and a Bachelor of Science in Construction Management from the University of Florida.
