Alexander Engel is an experienced professional in the real estate and finance sectors, currently serving as Vice President of Investments and Manager of Development at Strategic Property Partners since May 2023. Prior roles include Associate of Investments at Weller Development Partners and Manager of Finance at Strategic Property Partners, where significant projects, such as the $3B+ Water Street Tampa development, were undertaken. Previous experience includes Senior Analyst and Acquisitions Analyst in hospitality investments at Liberty Group, where financial analysis and asset management were key responsibilities. Alexander started the career as an Investment Analyst at CREModels, focusing on financial modeling for commercial real estate. Alexander holds a Master of Science in Finance and a Bachelor of Science in Finance, both from the University of Tampa.
