Geoff Lancaster

Geoff Lancaster is a seasoned technology professional with a robust background in software development and architecture, currently serving as Principal Architect for DevOps and Developer Experience at Ping Identity since February 2020. In this role, Geoff leads the architectural design of Ping’s SaaS solution, “Ping One Advanced Services,” and has successfully restructured the application software development life cycle to enhance performance and efficiency. Prior to this, Geoff was a Lead Software Engineer at USAA, where a major achievement included developing a continuous delivery pipeline that drastically reduced time to market. Geoff's career also includes leadership as Vice President of Software Development at BSX Technologies, contribution as a Senior Web Developer at Digital Motorworks, and various roles at USAA, starting from an intern to a Computer Systems Engineer. Geoff earned a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science from The University of Texas at Austin.
