Ken West

Ken West is a seasoned Software Quality Engineer with extensive experience in quality assurance spanning over two decades. Currently serving as a Senior Software Quality Engineer at Ping Identity since October 2014, Ken has a proven track record of enhancing test implementation rates and uncovering defects through innovative testing designs. Prior roles include Senior Software Quality Assurance Engineer at SAP, where Ken designed automated test infrastructures and contributed to database management and middleware products, and various positions at Sybase, including Senior Software Quality Assurance Engineer and Development Engineer, where Ken significantly improved testing efficiency and developed automated tools. Ken holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Science from the University of Colorado Boulder, obtained in 1999.
