Emil holds a Master's degree in Hotel and Management from the Hotel, Catering & Management University in Zagreb, where studies were completed from 1987 to 1991.

Ping Pong Dim Sum

Ping Pong is a contemporary and lively group of eight restaurants in London, serving dim sum, cocktails and Chinese teas. Serving food throughout the day, from early lunch to late dinner and drinks. Dim sum is served as small bite-size food, perfect for sharing. From steamed dumplings, baos and buns to griddled and baked puffs and gyoza. We also serve filling rice and noodle dishes, alongside delicious snacks and desserts. We are well known for our cocktails, expertly crafted by an in-house mixologist. You are welcome to join us just for drinks in one of our stylish bars. Find us in Covent Garden, Soho, St Christopher's Place, Southbank, St. Katharine Docks, St. Pauls, Westfield Shepherd’s Bush.
