Therese Nordahl has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries and roles. Therese is currently the Head of Customer Support Team at Ping Pong AB, a position they have held since March 2022. Prior to that, from March 2021 to March 2022, they worked as a Project Manager and Project Owner at the same company.
Before joining Ping Pong AB, Therese worked at Avanza Bank as a Project Manager from September 2020 to December 2020. In this role, they were responsible for information gathering to improve the internal Project Management Office method within an Identity and Access Management project.
From September 2016 to August 2020, Therese worked as a Project Manager at the Swedish Armed Forces. During this time, they were responsible for the implementation of support systems at TKSE and had extensive planning and coordination responsibilities with domestic and foreign collaborators. Additionally, they worked as a Specialist from August 2009 to September 2016, where they focused on building datasets, analyzing collected data, and implementing necessary changes for systems. Therese excelled in combining technical expertise with strong social skills.
Therese also has international experience as an Electronic Warfare Officer in Afghanistan under NATO Non-Article 5 operations. Therese planned and analyzed electronic warfare operations and missions for helicopters with medical evacuation capabilities at the Swedish Air Element from September 2011 to February 2012.
Prior to their roles in the defense sector, Therese worked at TUI as a Team Manager. Therese served as a tour guide and manager of a call center, handling daily operations, providing destination information to guests, and booking airline tickets from June 2007 to July 2009.
At the beginning of their career, Therese worked as a Deputy Squad Leader in both Afghanistan and Kosovo under NATO Non-Article 5 operations. In Afghanistan, they were a deputy squad leader for a Guard and Escort squad responsible for the security of the Swedish campsite from February 2006 to October 2006. In Kosovo, they served as a deputy squad leader for a Forward Command Post, setting up temporary command posts for the battalion commander from August 2002 to June 2003.

Therese Nordahl began their education in 1995 at Eksjö Gymnasium, where they pursued the Natural Science Program until 1998. Therese then attended Luleå University of Technology from 2003 to 2005, specializing in Aerospace, Aeronautical, and Astronautical/Space Engineering. In 2019, Therese enrolled in Jensen YH and completed their studies in 2020, earning a degree as an IT Project Manager, focusing on Project Management. Additionally, they obtained certifications such as Professional Scrum Master I (PSM I) from Scrum.org in September 2020 and PRINCE2® Foundation Certification Training from PeopleCert in June 2020.
