Jim Randazzo has had a varied work experience since 2009. From 2009-2011, they were the Owner/Marketing/Finance at Argent Audio, where they managed finances, bookkeeping, and budgeting for projects, oversaw and analyzed web traffic metrics, and designed marketing positioning for the company and products. From 2011-2015, they held three positions: Business Development at Trubates, Account Manager at Caltronics Business Systems, and Senior Technical Support Manager at Pinger. As Business Development at Trubates, they strategized sales and merchant development, forecasted potential business deals, negotiated favorable terms, and promoted business-to-business relationships with merchants. As Account Manager at Caltronics Business Systems, they specialized in partnering with companies to streamline their document processes. As Senior Technical Support Manager at Pinger, they identified deficiencies within the organization and created highly actionable, cross-functional processes to solve complex problems. Jim also recommended, implemented, and led a cross-functional team consisting of key Engineering managers to solve the most complex issues and problems through qualitative and quantitative analysis, and created a Technical Support organization to resolve issues without the need of escalating to Engineering.

Jim Randazzo graduated from Bellarmine College Preparatory with a High School Diploma. Jim then went on to earn a Bachelor of Science in Business Marketing from San Jose State University.
