Kevin Paulsen has held various roles in the past decade and a half. From 2004 to 2007, they were an Assistant Manager at Spectrum Fitness Clubs Inc, where they handled customer service, implemented facility opening and closing protocols, and conducted telephone communications to customers based on account information. From 2007 to 2009, they were a Warehouse Manager at Assets Service Liquidators, where they handled client and customer relations towards service and business communications, compiled amounts of Cathode Ray Tubes processed/ destroyed on a daily basis, and managed up to 16 warehouse employees at a time. From 2009 to 2011, they were an Office Manager/ Administrative Assistant and Head Coach Age group club water polo at De Anza Cupertino Aquatics, where they resolved Customer Service issues and accounts, used Excel to reconcile daily sales figures of P. O., organized and conducted tournaments, games and scrimmages, coordinated schedules, rosters, and travel itineraries, and designed and implemented player training programs for new and experienced athletes. From 2011 to 2016, they were a Head Coach/ Class Instructor at Foothill-De Anza Community College District, where they organized and conducted events such as tournaments, games, meetings and practices, coordinated schedules, rosters and itineraries, and designed and applied different types of training and practice techniques. From 2016 to 2018, they were a CSR at Adobe Animal Hospital, where they scheduled appointments, verified records, vaccination information, triaged questions, and delivered the highest level of genuine client service. Kevin also gave accurate information to clients, helped prepare paperwork and estimates for owners, and checked clients in/out. Finally, from 2018 to present, they have been a Client Support at Pinger.
Kevin Paulsen has a long history of education. Kevin began their studies in 1995 at Live Oak High School, where they completed a College Preparatory program. Kevin then attended Foothill College from 1998 to 2000, where they obtained an Associate's Degree in Community College Education. Finally, they attended Loyola Marymount University from 2000 to 2004, where they earned a Bachelor's Degree in Recording Arts Technology/Technician from the School of Film and Television. In addition, Kevin Paulsen has two certifications: one from Fred Pryor Seminars and CareerTrack for "How to become an outstanding receptionist" obtained in 2012, and one from Simpson Garrity Innes & Jacuzzi, P.C. for "Education for Supervisors Preventing Unlawful Harassment" obtained in 2013.
