Surekha Gill

Surekha Gill has held various Quality Assurance positions since 1998. Surekha began their career at Oracle as a QA Engineer, followed by a similar role at Ventro in 2000. In 2003, they joined Financial Engines as a QA Engineer. In 2004, they moved to Myers Internet as a Senior Software QA Engineer, where they were responsible for the software testing cycle, gathering requirements, writing Test Plans, and helping with the final launch. Surekha also evaluated various open source automation tools and used WATIR for automating the testing, using Ruby scripting language. In 2007, they joined SideStep as a Senior QA Engineer, which was later acquired by Kayak. In 2008, they joined Yahoo as a Senior QA Engineer, followed by a Quality Assurance Lead role at Chegg Inc. in 2009. In 2016, they became a Senior Technical Project Manager at Pinger.

Surekha Gill attended NIT -Rourklea from 1988 to 1992. Surekha then attended California State University - East Bay. Surekha has obtained a Learning Program Management certification from LinkedIn in July 2020 and is a Certified Scrum Master from the Scrum Alliance.
