Vijay Gopal

Vijay Gopal has a diverse and extensive work experience in the software development field. In 2014, they started their career as a Software Developer at URBN Technology, where they worked until 2015.

After that, they joined Ford Motor Company in 2016 as a Software Developer, specifically working on Connected Vehicles and Services. Vijay played a role in maintaining core libraries and adding new features for Ford cars. Vijay also contributed to various open-source projects during their time there.

In 2017, they joined Clinc, Inc. as a Software Engineer, where they worked on maintaining client applications and integrating the company's AI NLU to platforms such as Alexa and Google Assistant. Vijay utilized a variety of technologies including Node.js, Django, JavaScript, Python, Docker, and AWS Lambda.

In 2019, Vijay joined Vave Health as a Software Engineer. Vijay worked on building a medical device app layer in collaboration with Firmware/FPGA engineers and Medical Doctors. Vijay implemented a Bluetooth pairing feature for the app to IoT device connection and utilized the Ionic/Angular TypeScript app stack.

Currently, Vijay Gopal is working at Pinger as a Senior Web Developer, starting from 2021. Prior to this role, they worked as a Web Developer at the same company, where they worked on building hybrid and web applications, with a focus on messages.sidelin.com.

Vijay Gopal completed their Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree in Computer Science from Wayne State University in 2016.
