Joseph Tedeschi

Joseph Tedeschi serves as the General Counsel at PINGPOD INC since March 2023 and holds the position of Senior Counsel at OutsideGC since May 2021. At YYDC, Inc., a New York-based nonprofit dance and arts company, Joseph has been Director since March 2018. Additionally, Joseph is a Board Member at Volunteer Lawyers for the Arts, contributing to legal aid and education for New York's artists and cultural organizations. Previously, Joseph held various roles at Citi from January 2012 to July 2019, including General Counsel for Credit Cards & Payments and Head of M&A Legal. Joseph earned a Bachelor’s Degree in History & Literature from Harvard University and a Doctor of Law from the University of Virginia School of Law.
