Julia Yao

Julia Yao serves as the Chief Compliance Officer. Julia leads the AML compliance program which includes Know Your Customer (KYC), transaction monitoring, sanctions screening, internal training, alert review, and reporting & recordkeeping. Previously, she spent seven years as a compliance manager at PayPal China and also one year at Ria Financial. Julia holds a B.S. from Shanghai Jiaotong University and an MBA from University of Massachusetts, Amherst.
