Gilberto Olvera

Gilberto Olvera, Ed.D., is the Director of Diversity, Equity, Inclusion, & Belonging at The Pingry School, a position they have held since 2020. They previously served as Head of Upper School and a Science Teacher at Chapin School from 2015 to 2020, and have taught science at The Phelps School and Princeton Day School, where they also held the role of Middle School Diversity Coordinator. Gilberto is currently pursuing both a Master of Education and a Doctor of Education at the University of Pennsylvania.
