Timothy Lear has extensive experience in educational leadership and college counseling, having served as the Director of College Counseling, Head of School, and Assistant Head of School for Guidance and Student Life at The Pingry School from June 2007 to June 2022. Prior to this, Timothy held the positions of English Teacher and Director of College Counseling at Oak Knoll School from August 1997 to June 2007, and worked as an Academic Tutor, Dorm Parent, and Coach at Brewster Academy from August 1996 to June 1997. Timothy earned an A.B. in English from Princeton University and a Master's degree in English Language and Literature from Middlebury College.
