Currently serving as Group Human Resources Director at Automobili Pininfarina since February 2020, Erhard focuses on designing and implementing HR strategies aligned with organizational goals while building high-performing teams. Previous roles include Human Resources Director for Southern Europe and Northern Europe at KELLOGG ITALIA SpA, where Erhard led HR strategy design and transformative culture initiatives.
