Martin ROGER possesses extensive experience in the electric vehicle industry, currently serving as the Director of e-Powertrain & HV Systems at Automobili Pininfarina since November 2019. Martin leads the development of next-generation EV powertrains and spearheads after-sales technical support and production procedure improvements. Previously, Martin held roles including PF0 Powertrain Lead Engineer at Automobili Pininfarina, Battery Development Engineer at Danecca Limited, and xEV Li-Ion Battery Development and Strategy Lead Engineer at Jaguar Land Rover. With a strong background in battery design and development, Martin has also led teams focused on vibration solutions for battery modules at ALTEN and consulted on high-performance batteries for Formula 1. Martin holds Master's degrees in Maritime Engineering from the University of Adelaide and Sciences of Engineering from Ecole Centrale de Lyon.
