Riikka Puhakka has a diverse background in customer service, starting as a Coffee Shop Attendant at Arnolds from September 2017 to August 2019, and progressing to various roles at Kymen Seudun Osuuskauppa from August 2013 to September 2017. Currently, Riikka works as a Service Manager at Pinja Group, where Riikka has also held positions as a Service Specialist and Service Desk Trainee since September 2020.
