Tammy Fritz

Tamella Fritz is the Principal and Founder of Pink Frog Interactive, Inc., where a user-centered design process is followed to enhance services, product interfaces, and interactions through insights drawn from cognitive science, psychology, and anthropology. With extensive global experience interviewing clients' customers to identify exceptional customer experiences and define customer journeys, Tamella provides actionable insights for strategic roadmaps. Previous roles include HCI Designer at McKesson, Information Designer at SAP Ariba, and Interaction Designer for Carnegie Mellon University's Human-computer Interaction Institute. Tamella holds a Master of Design in Communication Planning and Information Design from Carnegie Mellon University and a Bachelor of Science in Business, Management, Marketing, and Related Support Services from the University of Pittsburgh.
