Sander J. Smiles, MEd. CIG CPTG, is an experienced professional with a diverse background in franchise development, organizational change, and educational counseling. Currently serving as a Tour Guide at Pink Jeep Tours since February 2015, Sander is dedicated to helping individuals explore the Southwest and create memorable experiences. Previous roles include Manager of Professional Development at The Growth Coach, where Sander contributed to the growth of the franchise coaching brand, and Manager of Franchise Recruiting for Eye Level Learning Centers. With extensive recruitment experience from positions at NCS Pearson and Kumon North America, as well as a history of organizational development at ABN AMRO and Navistar, Sander has a strong foundation in training, coaching, and consulting. Academic credentials include a MS in Organizational Change/Development from Loyola University Chicago, an MEd in Educational Counseling/Psychology from the University of Houston, and a BS in Mechanical Engineering from Tulane University.
