Esmeralda Rreshka

Esmeralda Rreshka currently serves as an Account Manager at Concentrix, focusing on B2B negotiation and e-commerce development since December 2023. Previously, Esmeralda worked as a Customer Service Advisor on the ZARA.com project, facilitating communication with clients and transporters. Experience also includes a role as a Customer Support Agent at Ferryscanner, providing support in both Greek and English, managing ferry bookings, and utilizing various business tools. Earlier experience at Inditex as a Retail Assistant and Cashier involved store operations, customer service, and visual merchandising. Esmeralda holds a Bachelor's degree in Tourism Management from the University of West Attica and is currently pursuing a Master’s degree in Banking, Corporate, Finance, and Securities Law at the University of Piraeus.
