Timothy Williams

Timothy Williams is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in corporate risk management and security. Currently serving as Vice Chairman at PINKERTON since September 2017, Timothy previously held the role of Chief Security and Information Officer at Caterpillar Inc. from 2006 to 2017. With a long-standing career, Timothy has also worked in significant security positions at Nortel Networks, Boise Cascade Company, and Procter & Gamble. In addition to professional roles, Timothy is an esteemed consultant, author, and speaker, focusing on fraud and ethics issues, contributing opinion articles to notable publications, and receiving the "Outstanding Contributor Award" from Internal Auditor magazine and The Institute of Internal Auditing. Timothy holds a Master of Business Administration from the University of Toronto and a Bachelor of Science in Criminology from the University of Cincinnati, alongside advanced studies from the National Crime Prevention Institute.
