Rowan Barnard

Rowan Barnard is a DevOps Engineer with experience at Pinkroccade Local Government since May 2023 and previously at KineticSkunk ITS from September 2018 to April 2023. Rowan holds an Advanced Diploma in ICT in Applications Development from Cape Peninsula University of Technology, earned in 2021, and a National Diploma in ICT in Application Development from the same institution, completed in 2018.
