Gopa Chakrabarti

Gopa Chakrbarti has a diverse work experience spanning over several years. Gopa began their career in 1998 as a Team Leader/Programmer/Data entry Operator at WNS Global Services, where they worked until 2003. Gopa then moved on to work as a Project Manager at Direct Data Solutions in Dubai from 2003 to 2004, and subsequently at MKM Commercial Holdings LLC as a Project Manager in 2004-2005.

In 2006, Gopa joined Mphasis USA, India, Japan as a Manager - Senior Business Analyst, where they contributed to various engagements in different industries such as banking, insurance, airline, retail, healthcare, and direct marketing. Gopa'srole involved requirements gathering, process improvement, and IT consulting. Gopa also achieved notable accomplishments, including improving operational efficiency by 40% through automated self-paced training and successfully managing schedule overrun challenges.

After a career break from 2011 to 2012 for motherhood, Gopa resumed their professional journey as a Senior Business Analyst at Power Choice from 2018 to 2020. Gopa conducted requirement workshops, developed use cases and business plans, and led user acceptance testing and product demos.

Gopa was also self-employed from 2012 to 2023, working as a Product Manager/Product Owner/ Business Analyst. Gopa was a top-rated freelancer with a 5-star feedback and 100% project success rate. Gopa'sresponsibilities included business analysis, acting as a liaison between business users and technical teams, and building business dashboards using QlikSense for trend analysis.
