Henrik Sand began their career in 2007 as a Customer Support Representative for CDON.COM, providing support for Sweden and Finland. In 2010, they moved to IBM, where they were a Quality/Process Analyst and Security & Compliance Officer, as well as a Customer Service Representative and mentor for new agents. In 2012, they joined Nordicbet as a Customer Support Representative, and in 2013, they transitioned to Betsson Group as a Senior Customer Support Agent and Payment Analyst. In 2014, they became Support Manager for Enteractive Malta Ltd, and in 2019 they worked as a Technical Support Representative for Concentrix and Ambassador and Project Lead for Rainbow Media B.V. In 2020, they joined Webfleet Solutions as a Technical Support Representative, and in 2021 they began working as a Customer Support Representative for PinMeTo.

Henrik Sand's education history includes completing an introductory course to business and marketing law at Malmö University in 2009, studying Russian Language and Literature at Lund University from 2007 to 2008, studying Financial Economy at the University of Skövde from 2005 to 2007, and completing upper secondary school at Vasa Övningsskola from 1998 to 2002.
