Josefine Sahlin Falk has worked in a variety of positions since 2005. Josefine began their career as a Business Sales Representative at Mera Mobil AB in 2005. In 2006, they worked as a Sales Rep for both Business Clients and Consumer and Small Business at Dell. In 2015, they took on the role of Account Coordinator at Decimalen AB, followed by a role as Customer Care Representative at DB Schenker i Sverige in 2016. In 2017, they began working at Hvilan Utbildning as a Studier- trädgårdsdesign. Josefine then moved to Greenwelle Arboriculture and Landscaping AB in 2018, where they currently serve as a Customer Care Executive Assistant. In this role, they are responsible for customer and case management through phone and email, process development, project planning, sales, offer handling, invoice and credit handling, personnel and customer project coordination, PR for the company, sales statistics, scheduling, and customer service. In 2022, they will begin a role as an Onboarding Specialist at PinMeTo.
