David Rubinger

David Rubinger is a seasoned data science professional with extensive experience in leading teams and driving data initiatives. Currently serving as the Data Science Team Lead at Pinnacle since January 2020, David transitioned through roles as a Senior Data Scientist and Data Scientist, where responsibilities included collaborating across various teams to scope data projects, developing business intelligence tools, and implementing machine learning models. Prior experience includes a role as a Data Scientist at Polar, where David led the data science practice and contributed to product experiments and team education. David co-authored a significant report at The Brookfield Institute for Innovation + Entrepreneurship and analyzed economic developments as an Economist at the Department of Finance Canada. Educational background includes a Master of Arts in Economics from the University of Toronto and a Bachelor of Science in Biology from McGill University, supplemented by a statistics program at the University of Michigan.
