Charles Hua

Charles Hua is an experienced investor and advisor, currently focused on early-stage startups since 2020. As the Head of Product and Engineering at Pinnacle - AI Coaching, Charles also previously founded and served as CEO of Poised, an AI-driven communication coaching platform. Notable experience at Amazon Web Services includes product management for Alexa, where Charles developed a new smart home product, and business strategy for a new service that significantly boosted revenue. Charles has a strong investment background with The Venture Reality Fund, contributing to ventures in virtual and augmented reality. Earlier roles include leadership in product development for Basis and GREE, where successes included launching high-revenue mobile games. Charles holds an MBA from the University of California, Berkeley, Haas School of Business.
