Gordon Caudle

Gordon Caudle is a seasoned business consultant and entrepreneur with extensive experience across various industries. As a Certified Pinnacle Business Guide since September 2020, Gordon specializes in customizing business operating systems for owners and executive teams. Previously, as a Certified EOS Implementer at Attain Traction, LLC, from May 2015 to June 2021, Gordon recognized the need for tailored solutions, moving beyond a standardized approach. Gordon's entrepreneurial ventures include founding Nekton Research, an R&D company focused on autonomous underwater vehicles, and Digisenz Medical Devices, which developed non-invasive medical technologies. Additional roles include serving as President of Accelero Ventures, LLC, Managing Member of Nekton Ventures, LLC, and various influential positions at Duke University and Outward Bound. Gordon holds a Bachelor's degree in History from Duke University and an MBA from the UNC Kenan-Flagler Business School.
