Charlie Otis

Charlie Otis has a diverse work experience ranging from 1994 to the present. Charlie started their career as a Network Technician/Analyst at the University of Oklahoma in 1994 and later became an IT Engineer/Sr. Network Analyst at the University of Oklahoma Health Sciences Center in 2000. Charlie then served as an IT Services Manager at Norman Regional Health System from 2006 to 2008.

In 2008, Charlie transitioned to the role of Engineering Manager at Presidio and later at Coleman Technologies. Charlie worked in these positions until 2018.

From 2018 to 2020, they worked as a Storage Consultant at Hewlett Packard Enterprise, and subsequently as an Account Executive at Pure Storage from 2018 to 2020.

In 2020, Charlie joined Arctic Wolf as a Senior Enterprise SE. Currently, they hold the position of Vice President, Western Region at Pinnacle Business Systems, which they started in 2023.
