Don Lacourse

Don Lacourse has extensive experience in the field of information technology and has held various roles throughout their career.

Don started their career at Farmers Insurance as a Helpdesk Analyst and later joined Dobson Communications as a Senior Communications Specialist.

In 2010, Lacourse joined ActioNet, Inc. as an Asset Management Analyst III. Don was responsible for managing and tracking company assets.

In 2013, Lacourse briefly worked at eConsulting Partners Global, Inc as a Senior Software Engineer before joining Dell as a Technical Support specialist.

From 2015 to 2016, they worked at Vistronix Intelligence & Technology Solutions as a File Server Administrator, where they were responsible for managing and maintaining file servers.

In 2017, Lacourse joined DNI (Delaware Nation Industries) as a Systems Architect, designing and implementing systems architecture solutions.

Don then moved on to Sienna Systems in 2019, where they held the position of Senior VMware Admin/Contract Lead.

In 2021, Lacourse joined Medtronic as a VDI Engineer, specializing in Virtual Desktop Infrastructure.

Currently, they are working at Pinnacle Business Systems as a System Engineer, utilizing their technical expertise to support and maintain system infrastructure.

Don Lacourse received a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree in Anthropology from Baylor University, where they attended from 1995 to 2000. In addition to their bachelor's degree, they obtained several certifications including Information Storage Associate Version 3 (EMCISA) from EMC in April 2016, MCSA: Windows Server 2008 from Microsoft in November 2015, and CompTIA Security+ ce from CompTIA in August 2014.
