Pradco Outdoor Brands is the largest provider of outdoor recreational products in the world. The company manufactures, markets and distributes more than 80 brands and 5,000 products to approximately 10,000 retail locations worldwide.

Ron Ten Berge is the President and Chief Executive Officer at Pinnacle Climate Technologies. Ron has over 25 years of experience in the sporting goods industry and has been with Pinnacle for over 10 years. Prior to their current position, they were the President and General Manager at Pradco Outdoor Brands.

Ron Ten Berge earned their MBA from the University of California, Irvine - The Paul Merage School of Business and their B.S. from California State Polytechnic University-Pomona in Marketing Management.
