Brad Simma

Brad Simma joined Block Construction Services, LLC in June, 2003. He is a graduate of Pittsburg State University’s School of Engineering and worked in the Engineering field for three years prior to joining Block. Brad received his designation as a Certified Commercial Investment Member (CCIM) in 2010.

Brad has extensive experience handling all aspects of construction management, owners representation, and development services which include: entitlements, site due diligence, debt/equity coordination, pre-construction services, permitting, design development, contract administration, procurement, and overall project management duties. He has lead the growth of Block Construction Services from a small company managing $10 million dollars worth of construction volume in 2003 to $325 million in 2016.

Brad has consistently shown his ability to manage an array of projects including multi-site and single site development, shell building construction, building expansion, commercial development, multifamily development, build-to-suit, and tenant finish work. The ability to manage this depth of product stems from both the hard work that he is willing to put into a project and the knowledge that he has acquired working in the construction field. Because of his attention to detail, the company has been able to expand into handling all aspects of move management, site selection, budget evaluation, contract administration and project management.

Brad brings his unique perspective, experience and pride in a job well done to every project he works on, which results in a high quality finished product for his client. His hard work and attention to detail has earned him the respect and trust of the Owners, Tenants and Contractors that he has worked with throughout his career.
