Maty Peterson, MPS has a diverse work experience spanning various roles in the field of human resources and talent acquisition. They also gained experience as a Department Human Resources Specialist at Arizona State University, where they coordinated recruitment and onboarding processes and managed recruitment requests and screening candidates. Maty also has experience in onboarding operations and support from their role as an Onboarding Operations Associate at Aerotek. Before transitioning to human resources, they worked as a Human Resources/Recruiter at BrightStar Care, where they conducted interviews and processed employee data. Maty started their career as a Certified Nursing Assistant at BrightStar Care and Via Christi Health, where they assisted patients with healthcare needs and provided support with daily tasks.

Maty Peterson, MPS, has a diverse education history. In 2019, they obtained a Masters Degree in Human Resource Management from Fort Hays State University. Prior to that, from 2015 to 2019, they pursued a Bachelors of Science in Sociology, also at Fort Hays State University. In 2014, they briefly attended Mesa Community College, where they studied Pre-Nursing Studies. Finally, from 2010 to 2014, Maty completed their high school education at Wray High School, earning a GED.
