Paul Williams

Paul Williams is an experienced housing management professional with a comprehensive background in leading and managing services across various organizations in London. Currently serving as the Head of Housing PFIs at Pinnacle Group Limited since July 2020, Paul oversees the delivery of housing management services for PFI contracts in Lambeth, Lewisham, and Newham. Prior to this, Paul held the role of Income Manager at Tower Hamlets Community Housing and was the Head of Operations at Clapton Park Management Organisation Ltd, where leadership was provided for services to 1200 properties. Paul's extensive experience also includes managing rent collection services for Lambeth Living, catering to approximately 21,000 tenancies, and contract management at Pinnacle PSG for around 1500 TMO properties. Paul holds a Bachelor of Arts in History from Queen Mary University of London.
