Simon Messenger

Simon Messenger currently serves as the Continuous Improvement and Projects Manager and Housing Consultant at Pinnacle Group Limited, providing professional and technical support for various projects within the Homes business since January 2023. As the Director at Jollyworkr, a housing and facilities management consultancy, Simon oversees strategic projects and interim operational management since May 2019. Previously, Simon held the role of Facilities Implementation Lead (interim) at Jobs 22, managing commercial property acquisitions in the East Midlands. With extensive experience at Pinnacle PSG from 2001 to 2019, Simon was the Head of Housing and Contract Director, overseeing numerous housing management contracts, developing training programs for staff, and engaging with the community.
