Todd Hoopingarner

Todd Hoopingarner is a seasoned healthcare executive with extensive experience in strategic management and consulting. Currently serving as a Partner at Pinnacle Healthcare Consulting since January 2022, Todd specializes in the growth of nephrology practices and developing strategic partnerships within value-based care. As President and CEO of Cloud Proven Networks, Todd leads initiatives in private cloud services, including data security and disaster recovery. Additionally, Todd has been the President/CEO of Solutions Healthcare Management since 1998, expanding the company from 15 to over 60 employees. Todd's previous roles include President at Information Management Resources, MSO Executive Director at Columbia North Suburban Medical Center, and Executive Director at Columbia Regional Hospital. Todd holds a Master's degree in Healthcare Administration from the University of Missouri-Columbia and a Bachelor of Arts in Biology from Westminster College.
