Prashant Hawal

Prashant Hawal is an experienced professional in plant operations and general management within the automotive and engineering sectors. Currently serving as General Manager at Pinnacle Industries Limited since October 2021, Prashant leads the Seating Division's plant operations and manages diverse customer relationships. Previously, Prashant dedicated over two decades to Lear Corporation in various leadership roles, including General Manager, where strategic planning and people management were prioritized. Earlier career positions include Mechanical Engineer-Production at Protecto Engineering and Quality Control Engineer roles at IMPACT Containers and Ansons Electro Mechanical Works. Prashant holds a B.Tech in Mechanical Engineering from YCMOU and a diploma in Mechanical Engineering from Goamtesh Polytechnic Belagavi.
