Derek Siu

Derek Siu is an accomplished professional currently serving as Assistant Vice President and Talent Manager at Pinnacle Lead Consulting Limited since December 2020, where the focus is on evolving the talent landscape within the Asian innovation arena. As a co-founder of Shenzhen ZC Consulting Limited since 2018, Derek has also held previous leadership roles, including Business Manager at Prudential plc from 2015 to 2018 and Sales & Marketing Manager at Sports Direct from 2013 to 2015. Educationally, Derek holds an MSc in Simulation in Aerospace Engineering and a BEng in Aerospace Engineering with Pilot Studies from the University of Liverpool, complemented by foundational education at Clifton College.
