Paul Lowenthal

Paul Lowenthal has a diverse work experience spanning several industries. Paul currently serves as the Chairman of the Board of Directors at Camillus House, a non-profit agency providing humanitarian services to the poor and homeless in Miami-Dade County. Paul has been actively involved with Camillus House since 2011 and has held various roles including Executive Committee Member and Finance Committee Member.

In 2022, Paul joined Pinnacle Live as the Vice President of Business Development. Pinnacle Live is an in-house AV partner that focuses on creating unforgettable live event experiences for hotels and meeting planners.

Paul has also worked with Activate Swag as an Investor, Consultant, and Advisor since 2018, providing consulting services and investment support to the executive team. Activate Swag specializes in providing promotional products, custom product sourcing, corporate stores, and fulfillment to prominent brands and events worldwide.

Before their involvement in the non-profit and events industry, Paul worked as a Sponsorship Executive at BAMKO, a global company that designs, manufactures, and distributes promotional products and branded merchandise. Paul began their career in the audio-visual industry as the President and CEO of Southern Audio Visual (SAV), where they started as the Corporate Controller in 1987 and eventually became the CEO. SAV provided audio-visual equipment and support services to high-end hotels, corporations, associations, and organizations across multiple states.

Prior to their audio-visual career, Paul worked as a Staff Tax Accountant at Coopers & Lybrand Consulting and as a Staff Auditor at Price Waterhouse. These early experiences contributed to their understanding of finance and accounting principles.

Paul Lowenthal has a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Accounting & Political Science from Florida State University. Paul also has completed the Management program from Kellogg Executive Education. Additionally, they attended Hollywood Hills High School.
