Serena Wong

Serena Wong is an experienced pricing and actuarial professional with a strong background in market pricing and analysis. Currently serving as Head of Market Pricing at Pinnacle Pet Group since February 2019, Serena previously held the position of Pricing Manager. Prior to that, roles included Principal Pricing Analyst at Direct Line Group from September 2017 to February 2019 and Senior Actuarial Analyst at Co-op Insurance from March 2013 to September 2017, where Serena also began as an Actuarial Trainee. Serena holds a Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Actuarial Science and Mathematics from The University of Manchester, completed in 2012, and attended York College, UK, from 2007 to 2009.
