Amanda Rae started their career as a CPA Senior Auditor at Moss Adams LLP in 2002 and then joined BeachFleischman PC in 2004 as a CPA Audit Manager. At BeachFleischman, they managed and supervised audit, review, and compilation engagements, and they were responsible for managing multiple engagements and providing guidance and oversight for administrative tasks. Amanda Rae was also a member of various committees and mentored five employees. Since 2010, Amanda has worked at Pinnacle Plan Design, where they started as the Chief Operating Officer and then became the CEO in 2023. At Pinnacle Plan Design, they oversee business plans, strategies, budgets, and forecasts, and provides the leadership and vision necessary to ensure the organization effectively grows. Amanda Rae is also responsible for managing the firm's internal operations, including accounting, human resources, marketing, and efficiency analysis.
