Tina Richards-Stevenson has worked in sales and administrative roles since 2004. From 2021 to present, they have been a National Accounts and Dealer Development Coordinator at Hyundai Material Handling, where they provide administrative support to the Sales Director and National Account Managers for Forklift sales and oversees accurate data entry of orders into company systems for the National Accounts division. From 2004 to 2021, they worked at Optum in various roles including Sr. Sales Operations Coordinator, Sr. Administrative Assistant / Sales Operations Coordinator, and Sales Administrative Coordinator. In these roles, they facilitated sales meetings, led document management, managed marketing and mass mailing materials, directed administrative operations and coordinated daily activities for C-level executives, oversaw calendar management, scheduled travel logistics, and prepared and submitted expense reports. Tina also oversaw accurate data management and timely reporting for sales teams, completed data entry for sales leads, managed large volumes of product sales data, monitored and maintained tracking systems, and updated databases and compiled reports. Currently, they are a Sales Coordinator at Pinnacle Promotions.

Tina Richards-Stevenson has a varied education history. Tina began their studies at Jamestown Community College, where they studied Fine Arts. Tina then attended Ventura College for Engineering and Cattaraugus-Allegany BOCES to obtain a Vocational Certification in Mechanical & Architectural Drafting/Engineering. Finally, they completed their High School Diploma at Portville Central School, graduating from the Vocational High School and Secondary Business/Vocational-Industrial/Occupational Diploma Program. Additionally, in 2013, they obtained an Insurance Agent Life, Accident & Health certification from UnitedHealth Group.
