Prior to joining Pinnacle, Egay worked with a global real estate service provider, notably on property leasing, brokerage, and sealed bidding/public auctions management.

He was one of the vital movers of his team, which managed more than 50 public auctions and multiple sealed biddings, which sold more than 2,000 properties worth more than Php2 billion.

At present, he is mandated to oversee the Property Operations of Pinnacle.
