Lauren Roy

Lauren Roy, MBA, has gained extensive experience in the field of operations and program management. Lauren is currently working as an Operations Project Lead at Pinnacle Group, Inc. since January 2023. Prior to this, they held the position of MSP Operations Lead onsite at Comcast for three years from February 2019 to December 2022.

Lauren also served as an MSP Program Lead for Randstad Sourceright, onsite at Comcast, from April 2018 to February 2019. In this role, they provided first-level management support, implemented operating procedures, and acted as a subject matter expert for the Beeline VMS. Lauren played a key role in improving customer service and boosting program adoption through building strong relationships with hiring managers and executive teams. Before this, they worked as an MSP Program Specialist and MSP Engagement Coordinator, both onsite at Comcast, from August 2016 to April 2018 and from November 2015 to September 2016, respectively.

Earlier in their career, Lauren served as a Senior Recruiter - Accounting & Finance for firstPRO from April 2015 to November 2015. Lauren also worked as an Information Technology Recruiter at Tech USA from May 2013 to April 2015. In this role, they managed and executed the full lifecycle recruitment process for technical personnel in contract positions within IT for various Fortune 500 clients. Lauren also contributed to the training and development of new team members.

Lauren Roy, MBA, has a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) degree in Human Resource Management from Goldey-Beacom College, which they earned in 2012. Prior to that, they obtained a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree in Business Administration from the same institution in 2011. Lauren completed their high school education at Padua Academy, earning a diploma in Accounting and Business/Management in 2006. Additionally, they hold a certification as a Beeline Advanced Technology Certified professional, obtained in 2016 from Beeline.
