Ace Tovar, TSC, CSP, serves as the Shared Services Manager at Pinnacle Technical Resources, Inc. since March 2005, overseeing operational processes, client service level agreements, and internal system management across various functions including HR, payroll, and accounts payable. Previous roles at Pinnacle include Shared Services/Operations Team Lead and Analyst, where responsibilities encompassed supervising operations for new hires, processing payroll, and managing employee records. Tovar began career at Country Inn and Suites as Front Desk staff from 2001 to 2004. Recently completed education at Stagen Leadership Academy in November 2023.
