Mamfc Carl Kelley

Carl Kelley, MAMFC has a diverse work experience in the field of behavioral health and substance abuse. Carl worked as the Regional Director of Operations at Pinnacle Treatment Centers, Inc., where they managed the operations of Medication Assisted Treatment, OBOT, IOP, and OP treatment facilities in various regions. Carl also played a key role in the development of new treatment facilities and the integration of acquired facilities. In addition, they worked closely with senior management and the accounting department to develop annual operating budgets and ensure performance towards established goals.

Prior to that, Carl worked at CARF International as a Program Surveyor/Administrative Surveyor, conducting nationwide surveys of behavioral health and substance abuse facilities seeking accreditation. Carl also served as an Admin Surveyor and team leader on all surveys conducted.

Carl also has experience as a Voting School Board Member at the Zachary Community School Board, where they served from 2007 to 2012, and as a Therapist and Supervisor at Healthy Family Solutions from 2004 to 2012.

Earlier in their career, Carl worked as an Executive Director at CRC Health Group, managing all areas of operation for a Comprehensive Outpatient Substance Abuse Treatment Program. Carl also worked as a Counselor/Clinical Supervisor at Granberry Counseling Center and as a Counselor at St Helena Community Health Center FQHC.

Furthermore, Carl has experience working at Our Lady of the Lake Regional Medical Center as a COPE Specialist/Counselor/Tech, where they conducted assessments and provided counseling for individuals in crisis or seeking treatment for mental health or substance abuse problems.

Overall, Carl Kelley has demonstrated expertise in operations management, accreditation, counseling, and treatment program development in the behavioral health and substance abuse field.

Carl Kelley, MAMFC, holds a Master of Arts (MA) degree in Marriage and Family Therapy/Counseling from New Orleans Baptist Theological Seminary. Prior to that, they obtained a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Business Administration and Management, majoring in Finance, from Northwestern State University in 1993. In addition to their academic qualifications, Carl Kelley holds two certifications. In June 2004, they obtained a license as a Licensed Professional Counselor [Supervisor] from the LA Licensed Professional Counselors institution. Furthermore, in December 2003, they obtained a certification as a Marriage and Family Therapist [Supervisor] from the same institution.
