Carl Kelley, MAMFC has a diverse work experience in the field of behavioral health and substance abuse. Furthermore, Carl has experience working at Our Lady of the Lake Regional Medical Center as a COPE Specialist/Counselor/Tech, where they conducted assessments and provided counseling for individuals in crisis or seeking treatment for mental health or substance abuse problems.
