Maritt Peterson

Maritt Peterson is an accomplished healthcare professional with extensive experience in patient care services and behavioral health access. Currently serving as Vice President of Patient Care Services at Pinnacle Treatment Centers, Inc., Maritt oversees community collaboration for a daily patient census of 36,000 across 135 communities in nine states. Previously, Maritt held the position of National Mobile Assessment Manager in the UHS Behavioral Healthcare Division, where a team and system were developed to enhance access to substance use disorder care through acute hospital settings in major cities such as Los Angeles, Nashville, and Atlanta. With prior experience as Admissions Center Manager and Admissions Coordinator at Foundations Recovery Network, Maritt has a strong background in call center operations, patient treatment matching, and case management. Maritt holds a Bachelor of Science in Marketing and Mass Communication from the University of Minnesota and has pursued studies in tropical island biodiversity and socioeconomic studies in Panama.
