Chris began their career at Merrill Lynch, where they served as a Senior Client Associate and a Priority One Account Resolution Specialist. In these roles, they provided financial planning, executed trades, resolved client issues, and worked closely with clients to meet their needs.

Chris then worked at Travelers Insurance Co., where they held various positions including Training Manager, Senior National Trainer, and Customer Service & Dispute Manager. Chris managed training programs, gathered information through process engineering, and provided superior customer service.

Currently, Chris is employed at Pinnacol Assurance, where they have held several roles. Chris started as a Medical Operations Trainer, where they provided new hire and ongoing training and implemented quality assurance programs.
