Christine Dharma

Christine Dharma has a diverse work experience spanning over several companies and roles. Christine started their career as an Engineer at the City of Colorado Springs Gas Department in 1994. After that, they worked as an Engineering Computer Specialist at the City of Englewood Department of Public Works from 1996 to 1998. In 1998, they joined IHS as a Programmer and stayed there until 2000.

In 2000, Christine started working at Pinnacol Assurance, where they held various positions throughout their tenure. Christine began as a Decision Support Analyst, creating ad hoc reports and performing data analysis. Christine also developed complex Oracle Reports to aid in informed business decisions. From 2000 to 2006, they served as an Oracle Applications Developer and Business Systems Analyst, leading development on corporate projects and supporting analysis, requirements, maintenance, and enhancements on Oracle Forms and database objects.

From 2006 to 2013, Christine took on the role of a Product Manager at Pinnacol Assurance, where they handled product development and management. In 2013, they were promoted to Strategic Applications Manager, responsible for managing strategic applications within the company. From 2015 to 2018, they served as an IT Configuration Architect, overseeing IT integrations and ensuring smooth system operations. Following that, they worked as an IT Integrations Analyst for a year, responsible for analyzing and integrating IT systems. Their most recent role at Pinnacol Assurance, which they started in February 2019, is API Services Director.

Overall, Christine Dharma has extensive experience in various roles within the IT industry, with a focus on Oracle applications, data analysis, and strategic applications management.

Christine Dharma's education history includes earning a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree in Mechanical Engineering from Indiana University–Purdue University Indianapolis, which they completed from 1990 to 1992. Christine later pursued a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree at Regis University, attending from 2008 to 2012.

In 2000 to 2002, Christine obtained a Master of Science (M.S.) degree in Computer Information Systems from the University of Phoenix.
