Deanna Marguglio

DeAnna Marguglio's work experience includes a role as a Safety Instructional Designer at Pinnacol Assurance where they design and develops blended learning content and conducts needs analysis assessments. DeAnna previously worked at Gamma Phi Beta International Sorority as an Education Manager, where they designed hybrid learning programs and managed the organization's learning management system. DeAnna also served as a Member Education Coordinator at Gamma Phi Beta, creating leadership programming for collegiate members and designing instructional materials. Prior to that, DeAnna worked as a Graduate Advisor at Iowa State University, providing leadership education and development guidance, as well as admissions support. DeAnna also worked as a Chemistry Instructor at Grant Wood Area Education Agency, teaching middle school students and creating curriculum for chemistry lessons. Additionally, DeAnna has experience as a K-12 Substitute Teacher.

DeAnna Marguglio obtained a Bachelor's Degree in Chemistry and Secondary Education from Coe College, where they studied from 2009 to 2013. DeAnna then pursued their Master's Degree in Student Affairs at Iowa State University from 2014 to 2016.
